Arrival

Removal

The old windshield comes out using cold-knife or wire-cutout tools. We protect the dash, A-pillars, and hood with covers. Old urethane is trimmed back to a thin clean bead — never fully removed — to give the new urethane its strongest possible bond.

Install

New OEM-grade glass is dry-fit, then bonded with rapid-cure urethane. The retention tape goes on, the technician cleans every surface, and we move to ADAS calibration if applicable.

ADAS calibration

Static calibration uses a target board mounted to the vehicle in your driveway. Dynamic calibration is a 15 to 20 minute drive on Spokane's marked roads (typically a loop including I-90 or Highway 195). Both are included free with your replacement.

We use rapid-cure urethane with a one-hour safe-drive-away time at moderate temperatures. After that, the bond is strong enough for normal driving. For 24 hours after the install: leave a window cracked, no automatic car wash, no slamming doors, and no removing the retention tape early. Full cure happens within 24 hours.
