We drive to your Spokane location and replace the windshield where your car is parked. Free mobile service, OEM-grade glass, free ADAS calibration, insurance billed direct. Same-day appointments available.
Driving across Spokane with a cracked windshield isn't safe — and in winter, with sleet on Division and freezing fog around Geiger Boulevard, it's worse. Mobile windshield replacement solves the whole problem. We come to where the car is. You stay home, stay at the office, or stay on campus at Eastern Washington University. The work is done in your driveway, parking spot, or garage.
Most chains in Spokane treat mobile service as a premium upsell. We treat it as the default. There's no trip charge, no fuel surcharge, no service-area fee. The windshield itself costs the same as if you'd driven to a shop, the calibration is included free, and your insurance gets billed direct. The only difference is convenience.
What to Expect
From the call to the safe-drive-away, here's exactly what happens.
Pick a spot with at least eight feet of clear space around the car — enough room for the technician to walk around it and set tools out. Driveway, garage, parking lot, anywhere flat. We'll need to be plugged into shore power for some ADAS calibrations, so an outdoor outlet is a plus but not required.
Tech shows up in a marked New Delta van within the agreed time window. Walks the vehicle with you, confirms the damage matches the quote, photographs the existing glass and surrounding paint for any pre-existing scratches.
The old windshield comes out using cold-knife or wire-cutout tools. We protect the dash, A-pillars, and hood with covers. Old urethane is trimmed back to a thin clean bead — never fully removed — to give the new urethane its strongest possible bond.
New OEM-grade glass is dry-fit, then bonded with rapid-cure urethane. The retention tape goes on, the technician cleans every surface, and we move to ADAS calibration if applicable.
Static calibration uses a target board mounted to the vehicle in your driveway. Dynamic calibration is a 15 to 20 minute drive on Spokane's marked roads (typically a loop including I-90 or Highway 195). Both are included free with your replacement.
We hand you a written invoice, the safe-drive-away time, and the 24-hour care list (no car wash, leave a window cracked, don't slam doors). You can drive normally one hour after install.
Free mobile windshield replacement runs across the entire greater Spokane region. We schedule different routes through different neighborhoods on different days, which is why most appointments get scheduled within 24 to 48 hours.
Outside the metro? Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, and Hayden are on our regular Idaho route too. Call us — we'll let you know the next day we're in your area.
Spokane winters are real. We've replaced plenty of windshields at 25°F in driveways with the customer running an extension cord out to a heated tent setup. There are limits, though. Urethane needs a dry, clean bonding surface — wet snow, blowing rain, or active dew falling on the pinch weld will compromise the install. We don't do compromised installs.
Here's how we handle Spokane's weather:
We'd rather reschedule a day than rush an install that won't bond properly. A windshield is structural — in a rollover, it holds up to 60 percent of the roof's strength. We don't shortcut that.
